- Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Binding Agreement: By accessing or using the Raffle app (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), whether or not you are a registered user of the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Raffle Inc.
1.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
1.3 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
1.4 Continued Use: Your continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
- Description of Service
2.1 Service Overview: Raffle is a mobile application designed to facilitate the creation, management, and participation in events and raffles. Our Service provides a platform for: a) Event organizers to create and manage events b) Users to discover and participate in events c) Ticket sales and management d) Raffle organization and prize management
2.2 Features: The Service includes, but is not limited to, the following features: a) Event creation and customization tools b) Ticket sales and distribution system c) Raffle setup and management d) Payment processing for ticket sales and raffle entries e) User profiles and event discovery
2.3 Limitations: We do not guarantee that the Service, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Service without notice.
- User Accounts
3.1 Registration Requirement: To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
3.3 Account Information: You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You agree to provide, maintain and update true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form.
3.4 One Person, One Account: You may not create or use more than one account. Each account is for a single user only.
- User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
4.1 Illegal Activities: Using the Service for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
4.2 Intellectual Property Infringement: Violating or infringing other people’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
4.3 Harmful Content: Transmitting anything that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
4.4 Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
4.5 Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobeying any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service.
4.6 Malicious Software: Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service.
4.7 Data Mining: Using any robot, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.
4.8 Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your account and access to the Service, and may also subject you to civil and/or criminal penalties.
